The 2011 UCI Track Cycling World Championships offers the business community (local, national, but also international) excellent prospects for business-tobusinessand PR activities. Various sponsor packages have been developed around the 2011 UCI Track Cycling World Championships to give companies the opportunity to link their name to this unique event. Naturally, a tailor-made package can also be created. Furthermore, other cycling events can also be included in this package such as the Apeldoorn Six-day races and the Dutch Track Cycling Championships. A large number of media partners are involved in the 2011 UCI Track Cycling World Championships, both regional and national. Varying from daily newspapers (including the Stentor - Wegener) to special interest magazines (such as Wieler-Magazine). But a number of different broadcasting stations (regional, national as well as international) will also be focusing on this event in the lead up to the Championships. The Dutch Broadcasting Foundation (NOS) will act as host broadcaster during the event. In this capacity, the NOS is responsible for the TV production and the transmission in the Netherlands.
